What You'll Learn
This assessment helps you move beyond guessing and start noticing the patterns that may be keeping you feeling tight, stiff, or limited.
Understand Your Movement Pattern
Complete simple, guided movement screens to see how your body moves, where you may feel restricted, and where you may be compensating. You’ll learn how to score our results and what they may be telling you.
Identify What to Focus on First
Learn why tightness is not always a flexibility problem. Based on your results, you’ll choose a starting “movement driver” to help you focus on areas such as mobility, stability, breathing, strength, or movement control - rather than trying random exercises.
Know Your Next Best Step
Receive clear, practical movement-based guidance to help you build awareness and move with more confidence. You’ll also learn when an online program may not be enough and when an individualized physical therapy evaluation is the better next step.
