Meet Dr. Amy Allison
If you’ve tried everything and still aren’t where you want to be, I’d love to help!
With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in helping patients recover from injury, reduce persistent pain, and restore optimal function through individualized, evidence-based physical therapy. My approach combines hands-on treatment, movement analysis, and advanced REGENERATIVE recovery technologies to help patients achieve meaningful, lasting results — not just temporary symptom relief.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I believe every patient deserves one-on-one care and a treatment tailored to their goals, lifestyle, and the root cause of their symptoms. Whether you’re recovering from injury, returning to activity, improving performance, or managing long-standing pain, my goal is to help you move with confidence again.
I have advanced training and certifications including Master Dry Needling Certification, allowing me to incorporate precise, evidence-informed dry needling techniques to support pain reduction, improve mobility, and optimize neuromuscular function.
I am also a Certified Biomechanics Specialist, providing specialized evaluation and treatment strategies focused on identifying movement dysfunction and helping patients restore efficient, pain-free movement.
At Aim2Move Physiotherapy, treatment may combine:
Manual Therapy
Master Dry Needling
StemWave Therapy
Biomechanics Corrective Exercises
Movement Retraining
Recovery & Performance Strategies
My background as a collegiate volleyball athlete at the University of Arkansas shaped my passion for helping others move and perform at their best. Experiencing high-level athletics and recovery firsthand inspired my commitment to delivering individualized care that helps patients regain confidence, function, and quality of life.
My approach to physical therapy was shaped long before opening Aim2Move. After graduating from physical therapy school, I spent seven years traveling across the country as a travel physical therapist, working alongside clinicians with different specialties, treatment philosophies, and hands-on techniques. That experience allowed me to learn from diverse approaches and build a broader, more individualized way of treating patients.
Today, I bring that experience into every session. I’m passionate about helping the patient who feels stuck — the one who has tried multiple treatments, been told to just live with it, or hasn’t found lasting answers. I believe difficult cases deserve more time, deeper assessment, and a personalized approach — not a one-size-fits-all plan. My goal is to uncover contributing factors, restore movement, reduce pain, and help patients get back to living fully.
